We’re going through some rough times, there’s no doubt about that!
Don’t worry, worrying will only make the situation worse and cause depression.
We need to learn to adapt during adversity, we’re not weak. Every situation has a positive and being positive is a choice…a hard choice. It’s easy to be negative or depressed.
Sometimes we get busy and we don’t make time for ourselves or family. This is the time.
We all get comfortable with routine, now it’s time to embrace not being comfortable. Do you know what the the cause of being uncomfortable is? Growth and strength.
Don’t live in fear, be creative, go for a hike, learn a new trade, go for a bike ride, take up gardening, paint the house, play board games with the family. Most important….. find different ways to workout. Working out will help decrease stress!
