It’s hard for me to get my daily amount of greens, so I supplement, not substitute with green drinks. I’ve always had a pretty sensitive stomach growing up and I’m very picky with the type of vegetables that I eat. I typically only eat vegetables and foods that doesn’t cause bloat.
